I…I don’t really know what to say, this came out of nowhere…I was expecting him to like, I don’t know, tell her she’s a Valkyrie and to fight Selvaria or something. Dang, that battle REALLY traumatized him to make him do that to Alicia.
I’m sure Alicia will be alright…I HOPE she is… She’s a Valkyrie so Healing Powars Activate! Well…you can’t cure death…but she’s a main character so she can’t die! But damn…that was seriously a “ZOMFGWTF HAPPENED!?” scene…
UPDATE {20 mins Later}: HOLY MOTHER OF F*CK!!! THAT SELVARIA VS ALICIA FIGHT WAS AWESOME!
Selvaria had some sort of flashback of loli Alicia during the fight, wonder what’s that all about. Sister…friend perhaps?
Open Your Mind 
Faldio was so much better when he did it in the game. He wasn’t mentally unhinged, he simply gambled on a chance that Alicia had valkyrur blood and could beat selvaria. He sacrificed his friendship with Welkin and bet the life of the girl his friend loves for the future of his country.
Of course, for that to work, he shouldn’t have amorous feelings for her, otherwise it would cloud his judgement. Damn I hate the changes they made from the original game…
MAIN CHARACTERS CAN’T DIE.

Well, this was a big change from the game. A really really big change. But with what his knowledge told him, and his situation you can´t really blame him.
I do feel sorry for Alicia. I don´t remember if it went as I think it will in the game or how this comming part will go. But man I hate having this uncertain feeling going trough my mind.
