Umineko no Naku Koro ni episode 05 was mindfuck enough with that whole other world thing. Then there was that one witch Bernkastel. Who looked and sounded very much like Furude Rika from Higurashi no Naku Koro ni. I thought this was just a coincidence so I didn’t think much about it. What was on my mind about the episode was what is going to happen next, a reset a la Higurashi perhaps, and what happened to everyone else. I guess they died, that’s the whole Beatrice coming to life deal…

Anyways, I remembered that I have not seen Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Rei episode 04 yet, so I went and watched…It too was mindfuck as Rika was stuck in a sinless world and she needed to kill her own mother to go back to the world she fought so hard to get. When she woke up from her ‘dream’, her friends pointed out how Rika was worrying over her choice, whether it was correct or not…something about a worry that only gods should have. She then spilled out a word that triggered something…witch. With that trigger, I literally got on the edge of my seat and read the next line:

Right then and there…BRICKZ WERE SHAT! RIKA AND THE BLUE WITCH IN UMINEKO ARE THE SAME PERSON!!!!!! HOLY SHITTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!! ZOMFGWTFRLY!?

That really took me by surprise! If I had seen ep 04 of Higurashi Rei when it came out, I probably wouldn’t have been as surprised by this Bernkastel is Rika thing. This was a coincidentally timed MINDFUCK! lol

Valkyria Chronicles – Isara…

But you know…I was kinda waiting for this, um not Isara’s death{?}, but somebody from Squad Seven dying…or close to dying. The anime, or more specifically, Squad Seven, needed to experience a loss {of a major character >_>}. And this happened right in front of Rosie, so she will take it harder than anyone else…in the preview it looked like she tackled a superior for stepping on Isara’s ceremonial grave{?}. What will become of her Darcism/Racism? Looking forward to next episode.

Taishou Yakyuu Musume – Late to the Party

Every season, I try to watch at least the first episode of any new anime. But this season, and last season, I didn’t, mostly because I was preoccupied with other stuff…like Japanese and 3D modeling, which I should get back to…and didn’t watch much anime. Still watched a lot though!! ^_^’

Anyways, Taishou Yakyuu Musume managed to evade my moe radar, mainly because I knew the series was about baseball…which I don’t really like. But after a quick look through the cast list on a boring day, I gave it a try…and I was sold 3 minutes into the first episode.

GAWD KOUME WAS SO DAMN SWEET AND ADORABLE AS SHE WAS SINGING!!! ANY SWEETER AND IT WOULD HAVE GIVEN ME A CAVITY!!

I may not be much into baseball…but just like Saki, I don’t have to really like it [or know the rules in Saki's case] to like the anime. Who knows, I may start to like baseball just how I started to get used to Mahjong. But I doubt it! ^_^

Taishou Yakyuu Musume is an entertaining and fun watch! Definately add in this to the MUST SEE NAO list!

P.S: I kinda agree with that sexist dude, not about Girls having to stay at home…but I don’t see those girls beating those 17 year olds in baseball…As long as they give them a run for their money will be enough.

I’m a bit interested why she went from a Prestigious school to a public school. But that comes second, what I want moar of is moar of her ojou-sama attitude and moar tsundere from her! Kugimiya Rie tsun tsun voice FTW!

Also, I WANT TO SEE WHAT KANA’S SMILE LOOKED LIKE! WAS IT REALLY THAT HORRIBLE? She has a cute natural smile so I REALLY WANT TO SEE THAT DEATH AND APOCALYPTIC SMILE OF HERS!

Remember that idea that came to me while I was writing that post showing off my awesomeness? Let’s put that idea into practice! But first a bit ‘o background information:

I see lots of images per day…I frequent image boards like Danbooru and Moe.Imouto for no other reason than I’m bored and I don’t fucking feel like doing anything else, I waste around 30~50 min a day browsing these imageboards [by looking at the thumbnails] to satisfy my boredom. I probably see about 400+ thumbnailed images a day…and some of those thumbnailed images catch my attention…and some of those images that catch my attention, are worthy of sharing!

If you follow me on Twitter [Suisei cute~♥] you may have seen some links to such images, well, those are Safe For Work…most of the time…these however, WILL ALWAYS BE NSFW because they are A LOT more interesting and A LOT more LULZY. [Though if you frequent 4chan...these images will be pretty mild for you...]

The nature of the images can and will range post by post depending on my mood, there’s will also be random categories, which will be made on the spot once I think an image is worthy of my mention. Ah whatever, rather than explaining, let’s just put this dumb idea to the test and see how far I got with it before I get tired and kill it off.

The violence.

That’s right, the pissing and the ecchiness I can deal with…but the outburst of anger and violence from [Insert Lead Male Character's Name Here] is a different story. This dude needs to go to some anger management classes to deal with his anger…or some domestic violence classes so he could learn that BEATING UP GIRLS IS NOT FUNNY! I understand he gets surprised by the sudden appearance of Plug, but does he really need to grab a bat and beat the fuck outta her?

I kinda get pissed every time he brings out the bat and hits Plug. It’s really uncalled for…killing the ‘mood’.

But I must admit, SOMETIMES the beating is funny…’cause IT FITS the situation…like with Aresta, that masochist. But more often than not, it seems they are trying too hard to break of the seriousness with a swing of a bat…failing at the ‘comedy’ part. If they tone down the beatings a bit, I may actually watch this weekly and not whenever there’s nothing else to watch…

But fuck it, as bad as the anime is, it actually managed to get my attention and I’ll probably continue watching it. If only for the ecchi parts!

Yoku Wakaru Gendai Mahou – A Bit Confuzzling

Wait, hold on…what is going on here? Episode 00 had the whole cast and they knew each other…Episode 01 had some mindfuck time travel and was about Koyomi’s meeting Yumiko in the past, when she was a pantsu-less badass loli getting chased by some magician…ending kinda in a cliffhanger. But episode 02 is when Koyomi first meets Misa and Kaho…Misa on the magic part and Kaho on the school part…or at least WE get introduced to them.

WHY ARE YOU JUMPING AROUND THE STORY LINE!!!???!

*sigh* Well, it seems the storyline is anachronologically ordered, ie: Suzumiya Haruhi, Hidamari Sketch…so I’m not really mindraep’d anymore. Also, that awesomely freaky puppet show at the end confirmed that’s how the episodes are and that the continuation of ep 01 will air, sometime…

I should read TokyoTosho comments… >_> Also a certain harem lead hinted at it a while ago…DAMN YOU ALL!!!

But the new OP was made of awesome and win! They really revved up the production value for it. Hope new episodes have awesome sh*t as the OP. The song is pretty good, but SRSBSN Alicia~♥, Rooftop sailing Alicia~♥, bad ass “I don’t care what’s happening behind me I’ll just shoot you in from of me” Alicia~♥, and Super Valkyur Alicia~♥ won me over! My pants were tight the whole time ;)

As for the Episode [14] itself, it was pretty dramatic. With the whole Racism stuff and War Casualties…the episode was pretty intense. Glad Rosie got a reality check and saw just what racism is capable of doing…something which she still hasn’t let go off because of her traumatic past involving Darcsens. She’s softening up though…so that’s good. Valkyria Chronicles should have more episodes like this, but I guess those random “Hey lets party!” episodes are necessary…for the ‘romance’ portion of the anime. Stupid Faldio…HANDS OF ALICIA~♥…YOU TOO WELKIN…though you don’t really know what’s going on so you’re not a threat…yet…

Oh yeah, the ED was also pretty nice. I liked the Song more than the ED Sequence and IMHO it was better than the OP.
